Sales & Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Responsibility for the consultative sales of cash management, CIT and retail payment solutions (including self-checkout systems, kiosk solutions and smart safes) in France and other French-speaking markets
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with major and regional retailers as well as payment solution providers, also at an executive level
  • Identifying new business opportunities and customers and lead market growth initiatives in France and abroad
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction 
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Providing regular market feedback and contributing to strategic planning
  • Attending forecast and sales meetings
  • Monitoring the forecast figures for the procurement of OEM products to ensure delivery capability
  • Preparing and delivering presentations
  • Defining sales budget figures

Your profile:

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finance/ Banking, Business Informatics or Retail Management
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in companies with international market exposure and knowledge of sales, marketing, and management practices across cultures
  • You have knowledge of sales, marketing and management across different cultures
  • You have a proven track record of measurable success in business development from previous roles
  • You have a strong network within the retail sector and experience in working with decision-makers at an international level
  • You possess technical understanding and strong strategic skills
  • Your communication skills are excellent, characterised by persuasiveness, negotiating skills and empathy
  • You speak French at a business-fluent level (C1/C2) (essential)
  • Your communication skills in English are excellent
  • You are highly willing to travel, especially to French-speaking countries and Northern Europe
